Though soccer is a team sport, it is a fact that all players cannot be in a perfect team-development environment every season. Here are a few situations your child may find himself/herself in...

• He is clearly the most talented player on his team and not challenged in training sessions or at his league play level
• She is at a lower ability level when compared with most of their team, struggling to find her confidence
• You know he is not a weak player on the team, but he is not playing to his potential, struggling to find his confidence
• She is on a team with an overbearing coach focused solely on the wins and losses
• He is on a team with a coach who does not know much about the game, how to teach it, or how to relate to young players

These situations, though unfortunate, are common, and often these situations are forced on young players and parents for a season.

Regardless of any situation parents finds their child in, Skillzys® can help.  We offer the product flexibility to not only be implemented by entire teams or whole clubs or associations, but also by parents.

If you have experience with the sport already, work with your child to set individual skill development goals for their upcoming soccer season.  Give them the encouragement and support to attempt these individual skills moves under the pressures of real-time competitive league and tournament matches. 

If you have little to no soccer experience, set a meeting with your coach or club coaching director at which you and your child can get recommendations about which particular skills the coach or coaching director would like your child to work on.

Redefine what it means for your child to be successful on the youth athletic field, challenge them to practice their skills during games, and recognize their achievements with Skillzys®.  You will empower your child to have full control of their own success, building measurable and needed confidence that will be hard for anyone to miss.

Parents can use most of our Skillzys® and Tagz™ lines with their young player(s).  We recommend looking at our Individual Technical Development (I.T.D.™) Skillzys® in particular.  Here are some examples using club logos and colors.

Our dZign Team is happy to work with you.  If you don't have a logo or cannot obtain one from your team or club, we can customize your order in your team or club colors and include your child's team name.  Heck, we can even print your child's name and their jersey number on all the Skillzys®.  How cool is that?
